Sub Agent Scheme

Currently, Chamet has over 5000 active agencies and no company can deal with so many agencies. Hence, they introduced a sub-agent system, in which agencies can have their sub-agents.

Now, it would be a common thought that if you are not directly under Chamet, how can you get the full benefit?

The truth is every agency has the same pay structure and you can see it in the official Chamet documentation, attached to this blog.

In simple words, if an agency has a bigger commission ratio than you, only then they can profit from you. If the agency and the sub-agency both have the same commission ratio then the agency doesn't get any benefit from the sub-agency.

When you take a sub agency with someone, your upper agent is responsible for you, He should help you with all your doubts and queries.

If your sub agent is not responsive or not helping you, you can mail at bd@hkfuliao.com with proof that upper agent is not responding, the team will change your upper agent.

If you give sub agency to someone and you are not able to help them with their doubts and queries, if we receive multiple reports against you your agency will be terminated.
